Before joining, John spent twelve years at HSBC, most recently as Head of Customer Innovation. He’s been in in global teams creating the strategy, innovation teams designing the propositions, and front-line teams delivering the experience - having started by selling haberdashery on a market stall in Essex

He writes regularly for WARC and Management Today, and considers himself a professional commuter.
